The Texas Review of Law & Politics welcomes the submission of articles, book reviews, and notes. To submit your article, please see the instructions below.

Document Requirements

All submissions must be in a common format, preferably Microsoft Word. The document should be single-spaced with footnotes rather than endnotes. Citations should conform with the Texas Rules of Form (11th ed. 2006) and The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005). Except when content suggests otherwise, the journal follows the guidelines set forth in the Texas Law Review Manual on Usage and Style (10th ed. 2005), The Chicago Manual of Style (14th ed. 1993), and Bryan A. Garner, A Dictionary of Modern Legal Usage (2d ed. 1995).

The journal prefers for documents to be submitted by email. Send the file to submissions@trolp.org.
If you would prefer to mail your document, please send it to the following address along with a compact disk containing an electronic copy of your article.
